Importing into Quickbooks is a standard feature that comes with an Authorize.net merchant account. You must first configure your default QuickBooks download report settings in order to use any of the QuickBooks download features in the Merchant Interface. Steps Required1Log on to the merchant portal at Authorize.net 2If this is your first time, click on the Account tab and under Business Settings, select QuickBooks Download Report Settings. Configure your initial setting. Help can be found here. 3Click on the Reports tab. On the left is a menu with four options. The bottom option is "QuickBooks Download". Use this options to export your transactions from Authorize.net ready for import into QuickBooks |
